Student / Educator Discount
We offer full-time college students and faculty from accredited universities a discount off of the full priced conference registration fees. To qualify for this discount, please contact the registration office at 1.541.346.3537 and be prepared to provide a copy of your student identification card or staff badge.
Government Discount
Employees of a national/federal, state, provincial, or local government entity, including public higher education institutions employees with a valid government photo ID or .mil / .gov email address are eligible for a discount off of the full priced conference registration fees. Discount Deadlines
The End of Year Special deadline for Live! 360 DEV Las Vegas is December 18, 2013; the Super Early Bird deadline is January 22, 2014; the Early Bird deadline is February 12, 2014.
Transfers, Cancellation and Refunds
You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, please notify the conference registrar in writing by the deadline, February 12, 2014. You will receive a refund for the package you chose, less a $250 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after the Early Bird deadline as well as "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee.
In the event that Live! 360 DEV is canceled by 1105 Media, Inc., registration fees only will be refunded. No compensation will be made if one or more of the Live! 360 DEV co-located conferences other than your primary conference is canceled. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with a hotel are the responsibility of the attendee.
Hotel Cancellation
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are responsible for canceling your own room reservations directly with the hotel at least 72 hours in advance of check-in, or you will be subject to penalties and fees by the hotel.
If you purchased the Complete Conference + Hotel Package, we will cancel your registration for you upon your written request. If your cancellation is received after the deadline, full hotel charges may apply.
Registration Confirmation
Registration will be confirmed by e-mail. You'll receive a message as soon as payment has been received and your registration has been processed.
Speakers & Sessions
The speakers listed on this Website are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace him or her with one of comparable experience and qualifications.
We are constantly working on improving the quality of our conference products. If the opportunity arises we may add conference sessions and workshops to the posted line-up to enhance the schedule and provide you a better product.
Attendee Networking Forum
Network with your peers before the conference begins. Check the "Attendee Networking Forum" box when you register and we'll send you an e-mail with attendee contact information one week prior to the event. It's a great way to start networking before you arrive in Las Vegas.
Special Requirements
If you foresee any special requirements while attending Live 360! DEV (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact the conference registrar at 541.346.3537 at least one month in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Photo Release
From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at Live! 360 DEV Las Vegas, 1105 Media, Inc. reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.

Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter or attend any of the conference. No cameras or recording devices are permitted in the sessions at Live! 360 DEV without prior approval from 1105 Media, Inc.

Anti-Harassment Policy

Live! 360 is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including session content. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, conference organizers may take any action deemed appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately. Conference staff can be identified by special staff polo shirts and badges.
On-site conference staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. We value your attendance.
We expect participants to follow these rules at all conference venues and conference-related social events.
